We understand what it feels like when a single crystal is missing from a glamorous Jimmy Crystal New York product. We offer free crystal replacement on all of our products up to 1 year after purchase. Whenever a crystal falls off, call our toll free number 1-866-502-7082 and a customer service representative will gladly walk you through the steps to getting your crystal replaced or please use the Contact Us form to be emailed step by step instructions.

Caring for your product

Your Jimmy Crystal New York product will maintain its luster for years to come if you follow these simple instructions:

  •     Keep your crystallized product away from extreme tempuratures.
  •     Choose a hard shell case to carry your sunglasses or reading glasses.
  •     Avoid contact with sharp objects.
  •     Always use a dry soft cloth to wipe your Jimmy Crystal New York products.

    Exchange only unworn merchandise within 10 days.
    Please be advised that you must return your order in unworn condition (with Jimmy Crystal Tag still on) within 10 days of receiving the goods. is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
    When shipping back returns, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number from your courier. We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
    Final sale items include all clearances and sales.  Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.


All of our products are inspected and are in Brand New condition when purchased. Our products are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. Within this warranty, we will repair due to defective materials or workmanship. Please check the shipment against your invoice as soon as you receive it, and report any error within the first 10 days upon receipt.

No return will be accepted without the proper Return Authorization (RA#) Number.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee since all items are custom made. Please email or call us with your order number and contact details, and we will reply to your inquiry promptly. provides replacement and /or exchange for any new product with a manufacturer's defect within 10 days of receipt. Please be informed that any kind of physical damage that results from shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. We warrant the workmanship of the Swarovski crystal ONLY (Lenses, frames, screws, etc. are not covered by our warranty). We recommend you tighten the screws occasionally, as they tend to loosen with wear. We also not repair due to "Wear & Tear". The product may be repaired or replaced at our option after it is carefully inspected. Please allow up to 45 days for repairs.
